Activities

At North Catholic High School, we believe academics are the key to success in college and beyond.  However, to be well-rounded as a student and person, we also believe that involvement in school activities is crucial!  All NC students are required to participate in a sport or activity each academic year!

Involvement in activities allows students to become better acquainted with both faculty and their peers.  By being involved in our NC community of activities, students can gain skills such as:

• Time Management
• Interpersonal Communication
• Leadership

We encourage students to try different activities!  A student's college transcript and resume begins from the moment high school begins.  According to CollegeBoard.com:  "The good news is that colleges pay attention to your life both inside and outside the classroom.  Yes, your academics come first, but your activities reveal a great deal about you!”
