Baseball

North Catholic baseball has a strong tradition of winning. This success can be directly contributed to off-season conditioning and workouts. These workouts give players not participating in other sports a chance to better improve their baseball skills. The fundamentals of hitting, pitching, and fielding are taught and emphasized by the coaching staff during these workouts.  The conditioning program is the main focus right before the start of the season. The use of our new indoor batting cage has helped with the instruction and development of skills for personal and team success.  Teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship, along with a winning attitude, are constant themes in the program. The program plays all home games at LaRoche College, located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.  The program offers each player an opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of baseball.
